How to Add Your Store to GiftBlazer

Overview

Adding your store is the first step to getting your products onto GiftBlazer. Whenever one of your products is listed, your store's name and neighborhood are displayed, making it easy for shoppers to understand they're discovering gifts from a great local store.

Step-by-Step Instructions

   Sign Up for GiftBlazer

   If you haven't already, create your GiftBlazer account. Use your Google account or create a new account with an email address/password combination.

   Note: If you use an email/password combination, you'll need to click the verification link sent to your email to activate your account. If you don't see it, check your spam folder for an email from "GiftBlazer Account" with the subject "Confirm Your Email Address for GiftBlazer"

   Check out the Demo Dashboard

   After you create your account, you'll land on the Dashboard. The Dashboard will display randomized data that gives you a sense for what your own store's dashboard could look like after being on GiftBlazer for a year. Spend a minute looking at the month-to-month graph of views and clicks, insights into popular products and recent searches, and a table that breaks out individual product performance.

   Click "Add Store"

   When you're ready, click Add Store in the upper left corner of the page. This opens up the "Adding your first store" form.

   Fetch the Store's Info with GiftBlazer

   All you need to do is enter your store's website into the Store URL field. Click Fetch My Store and GiftBlazer automatically gets store details like name, address, and description.

   Edit the Product Details (Optional)

   If you want to make any changes, click the pencil icon next to any of the fields that display.

   Note: GiftBlazer works best when you put in your full address. Shoppers search by location, so the more accurate your address is, the better chance you have of being found by those searching in your area.

   Say "Look's Good!" when you're satisfied

   Now that the store details are to your liking, click Looks Good! to add your store to your GiftBlazer account.

   Start Adding Products

   Your store is now created! To start getting shoppers, you'll need to add some products.
