Carosello Pasta

We make fresh & slow-dried pasta at our small pastificio and market in charming downtown Dexter, available alongside products from dozens of local food producers. Our market also features Italian pantry staples and specialty goods, including REAL extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, DOP cheeses, olives, tinned fish, low intervention wines and much more. Filled pasta days are Thursday + Saturday. Bread is baked in house on Friday + Saturday. Sandwiches on Saturdays from 11am until sold out. Extruded pasta & sauce always.
